We are thrilled to invite all grandparents to Tolbert Elementary for a special week of lunch and fun from September 3rd-6th! Enjoy a meal with your grandchild and explore our Scholastic Book Fair.
Here is the schedule:
9/3 Tuesday: First Grade @ 10:55 am, Fifth Grade @ 11:50 am (Choose from beef & cheese nachos or pupusa)
9/4 Wednesday: Kindergarten @ 11:05 am, Third Grade @ 12:10 pm (BBQ sandwich or hot dog)
9/5 Thursday: Fourth Grade @ 11:30 am, Second Grade @ 12:20 pm (Homemade pepperoni pizza or pizza dippers)
9/6 Friday: Pre-K @ 11:50 am (Chicken parmesan or beef & cheese taco)
Adult lunches are $4.00 each (please bring exact change). Beverages include tea or milk.
Please RSVP using the form sent home with your grandchild. We look forward to seeing you and making memories together!

We are thrilled to kick off our PBIS (Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports) Initiative with a GLOW Party on Friday, August 23, 2024! To make the event even more exciting, we encourage all students to wear neon or white clothing to help us light up the gym.
The GLOW Party will take place during Specials and is a fun event for students. We can not wait to see our students glowing and having a blast!

Good evening! We have had a great first week. Students are making new friends and learning new routines. Our car rider lines ran much smoother this morning, and I am proud of the effort students and families have made to be on time for learning. I hope you have a wonderful, restful weekend.


United Way is proud to announce the return of the Unity Run Kid's Race for 2024! It will be Sunday, September 22, at Gordon Central High School. This is a FREE Family Fun Day that will include several different races, event t-shirts, fun inflatables, food, and prizes.
The races will be for kids up to 12 years old. Registration is required for race participation to order the correct number of shirts, complete the parental participation agreement, and prepare enough food for the event.
