Tolbert Elementary recently held its Red Ribbon Week Poster Contest, centered around the theme “LIFE IS A MOVIE, FILM DRUG FREE.” This engaging initiative aimed to promote drug-free lifestyles among students.
Congratulations to Savannah Newton on winning first place! Her impressive artwork will be featured on the official campaign poster and displayed throughout Gordon County during Red Ribbon Week. Savannah will be honored with a reception at the Harris Art Center on October 21st, sponsored by Mannington Mills.
Congratulations are also due to Adianna Brooks for earning second place and Anabelle Waddell for securing third place. Their creativity and talent played a significant role in promoting the theme of a drug-free lifestyle.
