Resaca, GA—Tolbert Elementary School proudly announces that Mr. Joey Marycz and Mrs. Belinda Smith will speak at the Georgia Educational Technology Conference (GaETC) 2024. They were individually chosen from over 550 submissions, reflecting their commitment to educational excellence.
Mr. Marycz will present “Pulling the Outside In: Connecting the Community to Your STEAM Classroom,” where he will share innovative strategies to foster community involvement in STEAM education, along with insights on overcoming obstacles that may arise in the process.
Mrs. Smith will present “Step Right Up to the STEAM Carnival Family Night,” an engaging session aimed at enhancing family learning through STEAM activities. Her presentation will showcase creative strategies to inspire a night of learning and excitement for both students and their families.
GaETC 2024's theme, "Educational Rockstars: Featuring Authentic Intelligence," represents the harmonious blending of cutting-edge educational technology with the passion of educational leaders.
