PARENT & FAMILY ENGAGEMENT WEEKLY TIP: Our School-Parent Compact for Achievement is an agreement that explains how parents, students, and teachers will work together to make sure that all students are successful. The compacts are designed by grade-level and are available on our website. A paper copy will also be sent home with your child. Reviewing the compact together and posting the compact to your refrigerator door is a great way to connect with your child and keep the goals on your family’s mind. These are also valuable tools to use during Parent-Teacher Conferences.
It is important that you sign the compact with your child and return to the school. Feel free to contact your child’s teacher if you have any questions.

Do not forget :)

Sonoraville Elementary is seeking your feedback on our Parent & Family Engagement Program.
Parents, guardians, and caregivers are invited to take a five to ten-minute survey about your child’s school. We will use your feedback from the survey to improve your student’s educational experience.
Visit https://forms.office.com/r/amwpPuJREY and give us your opinion - or scan this this QR Code with your device to go directly to the survey.
The survey is open May 16th – May 26th.
Thank you!

Pease check your student's book bags and folders for a note from the Library. Ask your student if they received a letter. The Media Center is missing a lot of books and need your help to get those returned. If your student has lost a book, the amount to replace the book is noted on the letter. Thank you so much for your help with this.

Did someone say "Pies in the face?" or "Human ice cream sundaes?"
Our fundraiser was such a success! We could not have done as well as we did without each and every student, staff member and all of YOU in the Phoenix Nation!! To celebrate this amazing fundraiser, the top ten students chose their favorite person to get a pie in the face, and the top twenty five students were our ice cream sundae makers!!!
Check out more pictures on Facebook.
