Broken Device Ticket Submissions

All teachers and staff are to submit tickets for broken iPads using the FMX ticketing system.
Examples of iPad breakage that require a ticket are: shattered or cracked screen, jammed headphone jack, water/food damage, obstruction in charging port, keyboard not working, case not connecting.
Non-Examples of iPad breakage are: cracked cable, case written or marked on, deliberate vandalism or damage to case or device.
All instances of deliberate breakage or damage to iPads and severe case damage should be reported to the grade level administrator and local school procedures followed.
