Ashworth Middle's emergency alert system was activated this morning at approximately 10:20 AM. This was activated in response to a behavior incident on the eighth grade hallway; no intruder or external threat was perceived. Attending school personnel addressed the incident quickly, and the incident was resolved within 10 minutes. All school operations are back to normal at this time.
The Book Fair is HERE this week, February 5-9! It will open 8:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. each day. Students will love this great selection of books and other fun items from Bedford Falls Book Fairs. No sales tax will be charged. Parents who wish to load funds into "Kid Credit" may do so at this link. Congratulations to AMS 8th grader, Claudia Torres! Claudia was selected to represent Ashworth as part of the District Honor Band. She will rehearse with other students from around the district to prepare for a performance on February 10 at Ringgold High School.
