CALHOUN, GA - Gordon County Schools proudly announces the selection of outstanding students who will serve on the 2023-24 Superintendent's Student Advisory Council. These students have been chosen for their exceptional leadership qualities, dedication to their education, and commitment to making a positive impact on their school community.

The following students have been selected:

  • Jessica Hernandez - Sonoraville High School

  • Mattie Hibberts - Sonoraville High School

  • Mackenzie Holland - Gordon Central High School

  • Kylie Hurd - Sonoraville High School

  • Fidel Jaramillo - Red Bud Middle School

  • Kaleb King - Sonoraville High School

  • Damaris Mendez - Gordon Central High School

  • Leah Moody - Sonoraville High School

  • Caroline Soesbe - Red Bud Middle School

These students will have the unique opportunity to work closely with school leadership, providing valuable insights, and contributing to the enhancement of the overall educational experience within Gordon County Schools. The Superintendent's Student Advisory Council plays a pivotal role in fostering collaboration and communication between students and administration.
