Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

The Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) must be completed annually by prospective and current college students to determine their eligibility for student financial aid (including the Pell Grant, Federal Student Loans, and Federal Work Study).  The FAFSA is also utilized by colleges to establish students' eligiblity for institutional aid.  Most federal, state, and institutional aid is provided on a first come, first served basis, so students are advised to submit the FAFSA as early as possible for conderation.  The United States Department of Education usually begins accepting FAFSA applications beginning October 1 each year for the subsequent school year. *This year the FAFSA for 2024-2025 was delayed until December 31.  Select this link for more information and to complete the FAFSA.
