SHS Announcements:
Current GNTC dual enrollment students: Please be aware that your online classes end THIS FRIDAY. You should have a final exam or final assignment due this week. Blackboard will close TOMORROW at 11:59pm. After that point, you will not be able to access your class.
Softball tryouts begin NEXT week, May 6th-10th at the softball field from 3:45-5:45. IF you plan to participate, you must be in good academic standing and have an updated physical on file. See Coach Hayes w/questions.
The Sonoraville Touchdown Club is hosting the 3rd Annual Powder Puff game the afternoon of Friday, May 17th.. Game bracelets will be sold for $3. We need players, coaches, & cheerleaders for each grade level team. Those participating must pre-order a t-shirt for $20 THIS week. Anyone else interested in purchasing a powder puff shirt can see Mrs. White, Mrs. Farmer, or Mrs. Holland for an order form.
If you are taking the AP Government or AP World History exam in May and would like to participate in review sessions, please see Mrs. Crow in Room 313 for a schedule.
Attention All SHS Wrestlers: Please turn in any/all singlets to Coach Cooper ASAP.
Four SHS students represented team Georgia and Gordon County 4H very well by advancing to the Sweet 16 out of 47 teams around our country and placed 5th in the nation at the National LifeSmarts Championship. Blake Carey, Kaleb King, Jonathan Sifuentes, and William Parish were the members. Please congratulate them when you see them.
