VISION STATEMENT
Gordon County School System will lead the community in developing learners who are critical thinkers and problem solvers that utilize teamwork as they prepare to contribute to and live in a global, technological society.

GOALS
GOAL 1
All Gordon County students will increase academic achievement in their Pre-k through 12th grade learning experience.
GOAL 2
The percentage of Gordon County students who complete high school will increase.
GOAL 3
Student attendance will improve to exceed the level of adequate yearly progress as defined by the state accountability system.
GOAL 4
All teachers will be highly qualified in their respective instructional areas.
GOAL 5
Stakeholders' satisfaction with school environment will improve.
GOAL 6
The district will provide a standardized centralized and consistent level of technology, information services, and infrastructure that will enhance and support teaching and learning.
